Lockdown was the perfect time to assess my fitness and health. Luckily I already knew Rachel from some classes in Whitechurch and online zoom classes. So in February 2021 I signed up for a fitness and nutrition package, I was slightly apprehensive but soon realised it was the best decision I had ever made. It gave me accountability and motivation to work hard and change my eating habits. Rachel made it easy and fun with constant information, support and encouragement. I felt healthier, stronger and fitter, with the bonus of losing weight. I still enjoy many of Rachel's classes and I'm about to embark on a new venture with weights. I'm actually going to the gym!!!! Altogether Rachel is an amazing person, she is knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, fun and there if you need her. She makes me feel like anything is possible.

I have known Rachel since my teens but little did I realise what an impact she would have on my physical and mental health in my 30s!! I have been working with her since the first lockdown in 202 and I have seen such a difference in my strength, mental health and physical health. Thanks to Rachel I have really changed my outlook on exercise and nutrition and am the healthiest and fittest I have ever been. She is knowlegable, supportive and holds you accountable but in a way that means you show up for yourself everytime. She knows women. I cannot recommend her enough.

I met Rachel online during lockdown doing her Zoom classes twice a week. I so enjoyed her approach to training ("Do whatever you can, so long as you are moving"! was one thing that stuck with me when I started) that I signed up to her as a client at R Lukins. We have now been training together for 9 months. When you work with Rachel, you don't get a PT but rather a kind, caring and measured Strength Coach who understands the female body and psyche and the important balance of exercise and nutrition. As a great coach, Rachel works hard to keep our programs diverse and focused on my goals and what's important to me. So enjoying our journey together.
