Not just antiques! We have a 10 year old oak dining table which had discoloured badly around the edges. We thought we'd have to get it resurfaced (at considerable expense). Mark came to look at it, concluded that the problem was residues from 10 years' use, gave it a deep clean and wax - good as new! A few pounds rather than a few hundred. And he gave us advice on how to keep it that way. Mark clearly has a wealth of knowledge, and has the honesty to do the cost-effective solution rather than charge for unnecessary work. We're really happy!

Alyson and I just had our 10 seater dining table repaired and restored by Mark. It originally came out of an old Private School in Dorset and needed a bit of TLC before going back into our dining room. We chose Done and Dusted because Mark impressed us with his knowledge and experience...and he was local. One of the chairs needed extensive repair which was carried out so sympathetically and with such care and professionalism, we cannot tell the difference compared to the others. Over the period of several days Mark carried out the remainder of the restoration to transform our table and chairs back to their former glory. We cannot express our gratitude enough for such a brilliant job being carried out on what we saw as a difficult task and yet Mark took it in his stride with a meticulous attention to detail. Thoroughly recommended.
