Pilning Community Pharmacy

I have always had an excellent service from this pharmacy. Polite knowledgeable staff. Even if there have been any muddles about prescriptions, they always sort it out promptly and do all they can to achieve timely action like ordering something in. I feel we are very, very lucky to have this service in our rural community. Long may it continue.

Weve used this pharmacy for many years and always had issues, today go in they find prescription and then I wait, three other get severed, I ask where our prescription is, they lost it, then found it again, then didnt have the full prescription of only three items didnt have them last week either! Im sorry but no more, I want to support the community but this chaos is totally bananas!

Great to have a local pharmacy but There is notice saying can take 7 days for your prescription, this is a long time when waiting for prescription. I phoned after 7 days to be told one item out of three available, told not able to source another but they would retry and I was told to call back in 3 days to see if obtained which they did. Not a good service if prescription needed urgently.
