I have rarely needed any support from the surgery since moving to the area in 2018 (normally just a yearly blood pressure check) but I have used three for other matters. One was to do with my mental health suffering whilst at work a couple of years ago and was dealt with very well, another my very first smear test where I was put at ease and nurse was fab, and yesterday I contacted them with a query and had a great call today from Dr Smith. I felt I was immediately taken seriously and the call was brilliant and I appreciate the time I was given to explain, it was incredible helpful and I've got a way forward immediately. I can only say I've ever had great service from all who I've had experiences with here, thank you for what you do!

The clinic is downplaying what the patient says to the nurse when he tries to make an appointment to the GP. The nurse send the patient to the pharmacy to talk to a pharmacist who never helps. How can you effectively help a patient without seeing him live and examining him? This is impossible in most cases. I don't understand why the nurse decides if I can see my GP for an appointment. I pay for it every month from my salary and the nurse makes me a favor to make an appointment to the GP? After all, I pay for it. This is abnormal.

You call the doctor but he will not see you because you are sick. This is a terrible joke. The doctor sends you to the pharmacy, even though you say that nothing has helped for two weeks, he will not give you a prescription drug. In addition, I am at risk and sick, and he is offering me an appointment in 4 weeks. They forgot what the doctor's oath is! The emergency doctor immediately gave me an antibiotic after the examination because I have a bacterial infection that has already spread to my eye.

Sad to read the bad reviews. This surgery has been by far and away the best doctors I've had for well over a decade. Staff are attentive the nurses receptionists and doctors work flat out despite staffing problems. And I've always felt really well looked after. Don't you worry Team Pilning, you're all awesome
