        Need better access arrangements for gxo . Only one access barrier in operation for goods in and GXO other barrier seems permanently broken. Need to contact security on intercom for access to gxo. They don't answer intercom for 20minutes so big queue of trucks behind. Lady in goods in refuses to lift barrier and gets gobby over intercom when they are called. Very rude person needs training on how to speak to people.
