Create Construction South West Ltd

We used Create for the basement conversion and extension to our terraced house. Dan and his team are hard working professionals, who arrive on time every day, work very hard and deliver a high standard of build. This was the first time my wife and I have done anything like this and Dan and his team were great to work with throughout the process. We encountered several unforeseen issues which were resolved without knocking the build off schedule, which was very important as we were expecting our first child a couple of weeks after the estimated completion date. The finished product is better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend using Create and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. From the very beginning, Dan and Gemma put us at ease, we knew they were the right team to complete our project for us. They were always professional and kept us involved and updated at every stage. Dan had the tough job of working on our house through lockdown, at all times they kept a safe distance from us, even towards the end when they needed to enter the house they were always very careful. Alex and Kato worked so hard with Dan to give us an extension that was better than we could have imagined. Dan helped us make decisions on practical and design options. He was very knowledgeable about different options available to us. He went out of his was to make us happy and give us the result we wanted. Overall, we had a great experience with this fantastic team, we would recommend them to everyone. Dan- the foundations were top class!

I cannot speak too highly of the building work completed by Create Construction South West. We needed to have extension work and adaptations made to our house after my husband's stroke. Dan and Alex were professional, knowledgeable and and would go out of their way to ensure that we had the best service. They seem to have an encyclopedic knowledge of options available and made suggestions that we hadn't even though of to meet my husband's needs. They kept us fully informed throughout the build, offering advice and managing it to ensure that it was stress-free and completed 3 weeks early. The work is of the highest standard and even after completion Alex has made himself available to complete really small tasks that we noticed once we were back. I would never use another building company. Thank you Create Construction South West.

We used Create Construction to build a 2-storey extension on our house, and have been very pleased with the result. There was no time wasted, so Dan completed it on time, and also within budget. We made various changes to the design as we went along, and Dan was very accommodating to these. He was on site every day, approachable and easy to work with. He also kept the site very tidy, and took effort to protect the rest of the house from the intrusion of the building works. We would highly recommend Dan, and would use him again if we needed to do any further works.

We are extremely impressed with Dan and the team throughout all phases of our build. We knocked out our kitchen and built a wrap around extension including family room, utility room, wc and garage/store. During the planning phase Dan and Gemma's excellent knowledge and support quickly put us at ease and removed any nervousness we had about knocking the back of our house out. Throughout the build Dan and the team were true professionals who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our extension was built to the highest standard. Dan is very approachable and was happy to spend time talking us through all aspects of the build despite our lack of building knowledge and was happy to accommodate the extras we wanted to incorporate as the build progressed, including some significant alterations including underfloor heating, bigger windows and bifold doors and additional structural work on our fireplace to install a modern gas fire. Overall we cannot recommend Create Construction highly enough, they will be our first port of call for any future building projects.
