        I had an engine problem on my ford focus (usually reliable) and I rang Pillerton garage where I've previously got it serviced and mot'd. My nephew towed me there as it wouldn't start. They traced it to a faulty EGR valve that they'd previously fitted 6 months before (not they're fault) but showed no problem beforehand. Cost? Absolute zero as they're putting in a warranty claim against the parts supplier. Other garages would've charged me for the repair plus put in the warranty claim and got double bubble. Total heroes! Thank you.
