St Mellion Dental Clinic

Terrible place, Miles Bray harassed my wife and son on his first visit to the dentist because he assumed they were NHS clients and not paying privately. I pay privately to use this dentist but I wont be anymore. His staff seem scared of him and afraid to speak up. The old boy needs to retire. He also has awful teeth for a dentist.

attempted to attend my appt this afternoon at this dental surgery. I have underlying conditions and also feel very nervous about dental appts anyway. I am a teenager under 18yrs and preferred my mother to Accompany me on this occasion as I wasnt feeling well. We are a normal polite family and not accustomed to abuse or offensive behaviour in our lives. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a very confrontational and aggressive attitude by both the receptionist and dentist. Clearly he was wound up about something else that day and we got the attack, but what an unprofessional and offensive man. We all are worried about covid and with our underlying conditions, we are super careful but both the dentist and receptionist should be working in Stalag luft 49 with their manners and attitudes! Horrid experience to find ourselves a part of this incident this morning and we wont be returning to this practice EVER! He should retire or be struck off. Wouldnt allow our dog to be treated by him, and Im not joking!

Excellent practice. Spent ages trying to get my daughter in somewhere in Cornwall as a child NHS patient. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The dentist is informative and really clear. He puts everything in terms which my daughter understood. Happy daughter and happy mum.

Really disappointed in this practice left my daughter with hole in her tooth now she has toothache and referred her to another dentist which we have not Heard from
