I used Richards services for an achilles problem prior to leaving for a football pre-season abroad a few days later. His knowledge, understanding and treatment of my issue massively helped me to ensure that I would be fit and ready for the start of the schedule. I would recommend his services to anyone, in this case particularly those who need effective short- term treatment.

After dealing with back pain for a few years and not doing anything about it, I decided to finally get it sorted. I found Richard with a quick Google search and I'm glad I did, I explained my issue and the area's causing pain and discomfort and after a mixture of massage, acupuncture and cupping, I felt instant relief and lighter! Easy to chat with and such a friendly guy, couldn't recommend enough, already planning a second visit in a couple of weeks! Thanks again Richard

Very happy with the treatments. I thought I was going for a massage but received various procedures for my back pain.

Had ongoing knee pain and been unable to run more than 2km for 3 months. After one visit that evening I managed an hour long run with no problems! Very good service and very pleased. Thanks Richard!
