I have had the benefit of instructing Dr Barsky for a number of clients psychological reports to be used in Regulatory and Criminal Defence and Mitigation. The reports have been comprehensive, in-depth and pertinent to the client and I believe have assisted not only the clients but the courts in being able to best dispose of the matter.
