Instore Optician

I have dealing with Optician instore Whitefield since the 7th of January 2020 up to the present date25th August 2022. The staff have always been courteous and professional whenever I was in the store. I first had my eyes tested with them on the 7th of January 2020 after having had a bad experience at a local optician. I went back to them on the 29th of January 2020 as I was having problems with the glasses and was tested again by Hamza who explained to me in very fine detail that my eyes had deteriorated in that short time, he gave me another prescription for another pair of glasses which was made up for me at a great price authorised by Sadia. After wearing glasses for a few months, I felt my eyes have changed again. Hamza retested my eyes and referred me to my GP for possible cataracts I was referred to Spa Medica. After seeing this optician, they found nothing wrong and recommended me to the Ophthalmology clinical team at Rochdale infirmary and got a appointment in August 2021. All this time whenever I went in store at Morrisons all the staff Ingrid, Joanne. Hamza and Sadia always asked how I was doing. Up to the present time I have had 6 eye tests with Hamza and numerous conversations with him. On one occasion he rang the Ophthalmology department at Oldham IOCC and spoke to the orthoptist to discuss my case with her. On the last time I went into the store Hamza was there on his day off but went the extra mile and retested my eyes. All the time I have been dealing with Optician instore at Whitefield all the staff have been courteous polite, and I would highly recommend them to everybody. Don Linney

Fantastic! Just been to the Whitefield store and you can see by my 5 star rating it was great. From reception to the optician .No rush, no pressure to buy , it was brilliant.

I had an appointment at your Hillsborough branch in Sheffield this morning for an eye test and I was particularly impressed with the level customer care from the lady I booked the appointment with. In addition, the customer adviser manager (Bajwa) was outstanding in dealing me after having had my eye test. I don't normally send emails of this nature but felt it necessary on this occasion given the superb level of customer service from your employees.
