        The poorest travel agent, I have ever used, a 24 hour line that is not answered, bad advice, not interested in you if you have any problems. Great at taking your money, but if they screw up do not expect a refund or any help. We were left to sort out our own problems, while away. My advice is avoid them.

Amanda was very professional and gave us a lot of information about the various hotels and places where we were staying. Her attention to detail was superb and our holiday was amazing. The itinerary went 100% according to plan and the level of service we got was spot on. This was all backed up with the ATOL guarantee which gave us complete piece of mind.
