        Updated see below: Tiles are excellent quality, so much so that my builder found them hard to cut so had to upgrade to a diamond saw. All tiles came in one piece, no chips or cracks. Keith was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. He quickly arranged for more boxes when we needed them. Updated: I've been trying to order more tiles and found the communication terrible. I have tried in multiple ways to contact them and they have ghosted me. Guy was supposed to turn up twice to measure up and didn't turn up. It's no way to treat customers
