Lisa is a brilliant teacher. She came into our place of work, and managed to transform the place into a calm and relaxing place for us to learn the range of moves and techniques she introduces. Lisa has a natural way of putting people at their ease, particularly if there mobility or other injuries that constrain either you physically or just a confidence thing - there is always a simple alternative or you can just sit out for that section without feeling too much of a numpty.

As a true beginner in Yoga, walking into a new class is always scary but not so with Lisa and Atma Alchemy. I was made to feel one of family from the off and haven't looked back since. Set in a very relaxed environment, you are supported all the way. Lisa is always keen to support anyone with an injury with a different moves/postures to support the client. I have noticed a big difference already in my football through enhanced flexibility, better use of my core and improved strength. An amazing, kind and experienced Yoga Teacher and I couldn't recommend enough to Young and Old. A true 5* experience in my view.

I had tried 2 other yoga instructors in Farnham but Lisa is the best by far. The best things about men's beginners yoga is 1. it is for men only and 2. it is for complete beginners like me. Lisa is very patient with us and very helpful. Her classes come "highly recommended".

I throughly enjoyed the beginners yoga course with Lisa. She takes time to go into detail of how to do the moves properly. I would definitely recommend her courses to beginners and advanced.

As a septuagenarian I've been finding that the ageing effects have been getting in the way of my beloved single figure golf, and comfort generally. My (golfing) chiropractor recommended yoga or pilates to help the fight against the onslaught of age. Although I've been to yoga classes in the distant past I contacted Lisa a little anxiously, but found the welcome and her willingness to find the best class for me very reassuring. After only a few weeks I am definitely beginning to find that the benefits are accruing quite steadily. I'm not only enjoying greater physical movement without discomfort, but the focus within the classes creates a far more relaxed approach to the activities resulting in better balance and general composure. Enrolment on this course has been a much better investment than a new set of golf clubs!
