        We have just had the windows installed throughout our new-build Passivhaus and are very pleased. They look fantastic, we went for the optional oak interior frame and black outside. The sound insulation is amazing and the quality very good. Ecohaus really helped guide us through the deciding and ordering process, which helped a lot. And their aftersales has been excellent. We forgot to ask for keyed-alike doors but they have sorted it without hesitation. Really nice people to deal with and we are very happy.

        Having had a complete home install of Internorm windows a couple of years ago we had a very slight issue with a blind pull cord. We decided to contact EcoHaus to see if they could help. Hollie in the customer service department could not have been more pro-active or helpful. Within 24 hours we had an appointment booked and Stuart came out and sorted it completely free of charge. Excellent service and really much appreciated.
