        Can highly recommend not using Arrow. We have had Arrow communications since last summer. The only thing they seem to be good at is grovelling. Had numerous issues and the last solution was - we will send you a new box, do you have google! Honestly I don't know why we bother to let them know when we have an issue. We have a phone system that is not fit for purpose and a contract (not cheap) that will go for years and years. Be very wary of this company, they are all talk and sales and rubbish suppor.
