The noise is terrible and after 3 years of trying to contact Lewis services about the noise , no one replies to my complaint . I managed to talk to Phils
Secretary and she promised hed get back to me . No one ever gets back .
I am worse now after the installation of the 3 pumps and I have given a final email and phone
Call to his plumber that he used to do the works , and yet again no one has replied .
All I asked was for the plumber who installed the system , to come and check the on going noise . It
screeches as if it were about to explode .
Other plumbers have refused to touch it .
I am still living with this nightmare .
I would not recommend this company .
I will have to seek legal advice as they still do not reply to even try to help and sort out the issue that they caused .
