Brilliant, kind and wise - I couldnt have survived without Zara for the first few months after my second baby was born. She was incredibly helpful and wonderful with both my baby and toddler. Her years of experience and knowledge also made me feel relaxed, comfortable and supported throughout those tough first weeks. I couldnt recommend her more!

Zara is the absolute dream postnatal doula. We will forever treasure the nurturing support she provided our family from day one. Zara put us straight at ease with her kindness and patience and went above and beyond delivering personalised care to our family throughout the fourth trimester. She supported with everything from breastfeeding and slings to cooking nutritious meals and looking after our little one to everything in between. She was always available to answer questions and provided countless amazing resources. Zara is truly one in a million. I dont know what we would have done without her support. I will also forever be indebted for the confidence she instilled in me as a new Mum. Thank you, Zara! X

Zara was our postnatal doula in feb/March 2023 following the birth of our second child. I was adamant I wanted a doula as was nervous about juggling the demands of a newborn and 2 year old with a partner working long hours. From the first conversation I knew zara was special, she made me feel so at ease and provided emotional support and advice not only to me but also to my partner, which he appreciated so much. Knowing zara was going to be there made those first hazy newborn weeks so much easier, she is so calm, patient, kind, knowledgeable and incredibly funny - she is truly a unique person and incredibly special. Zara would knew what needed to be done from household tasks to cooking us delicious food, helping with my toddler and the most fantastic neck massages! all whilst my daughter slept happily in the sling. She held space for my many worries and allowed me to air them without judgement - even if I repeated them every time I saw her! Zara accepted us all, I never felt I had to put on a brave face if I was having a bad day, and she gave us such fantastic advice which we refer to all the time. Even when she wasnt with us zara would send me helpful information, articles, podcasts - she went above and beyond and made us feel so cared for. She was so gentle and loving with my children too, she treated them like family. Zara is an incredible person, i miss her so much and my only regret is not booking her for longer. Thank you for everything you did for us xx

From the moment Zara joined us when our baby was only a few days old, she immediately put our minds at ease and looked after all of us. She sat down with my partner and I to talk about our needs and how she can best support us. This meant a huge deal to my partner as often they can be overlooked during the newborn phase. Zara was so kind and supportive during my recovery from a c-section and while adapting to motherhood. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped us navigate the early weeks and months. She took care of household tasks, cared for our baby, enabled me to catch up on sleep, and supported us in making decisions that best suited our family. She gave us reassurance we were meeting our babys needs and saved us hours of worrying and googling. Its because of Zara, we were able to be relaxed parents who felt confident in our abilities and I have no doubt this hugely benefited our daughter and has given her the best start in life. We are forever, grateful to Zara and whole heartedly recommend her. Any family she works with will be extremely lucky to have her.

Zara was my birth and postnatal doula during my third pregnancy and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Zara is, quite simply, amazing. She has a wonderful listening ear and a very special way of making you and your family feel safe and relaxed in her presence. Zaras experience means she always knows who and where to signpost you to, to help empower you and support you with anything you may need, and will take such great care of you as you move through this transitional time. Postnatally, Zaras support allowed us to enjoy the early days as much as possible, with getting feeding off to a brilliant start, and having a meal ready, a tidy house, a listening ear and wonderful massages. Thank you so much Zara, we are so lucky we managed to book you as our Doula!
