        A fundamentally unacceptable business! On the surface it looks premium, but our new kitchen has been plagued with significatly bodged installation and a flawed design. The 'owner' takes complete disregard and is to blame for this unaccepatble treatment I've witnessed. Stay well clear and look at other options such as Tom Howley as I wish I did!!! I wish to remain anonymous.

        Poor quality kitchens, ours is completely falling apart after 12 years. All of the cupboards have delaminated and the drawers keep falling out. Absolutely 0 customer service, apparently CPL won't help because the guy who we bought the kitchen from doesn't work there any more? Also, the lady who answers the phones was properly rude...

        We've recently had a design consultation with Ben at CPL Kitchens. Ben really knows his stuff and came up with some suggestions that we hadn't considered, including a steaming/hot water tap. The CPL products we saw in the showroom were all really high quality and we are excited to see that Ben had taken on board all our considerations and how we want to use the kitchen area when we received the designs.
