Visiting from London, although the soft play itself is pretty big & has lots for the kids to do I find it super ridiculous that adults who arent even playing have to pay to enter, which meant my parents who are old and never would go inside the actual play area had to wait for us outside. Aside from this the staff are so rude! I simply asked for a take away cup and under her breath the lady said whats the difference? And then came back & said I couldnt have a takeaway cup as i wasnt leaving in that moment. They were even muttering something about the people infront of me.

Not great experience. Manager advised we are unable to consume food bought from home at the soft play even though they do not cater for allergies. How can you expect 1 child to eat of off your menu and 1 child to go hungry? If you can not cater for allergies then you should allow children with special requirements to bring their own food, or as a result you could potentially be in a situation where your putting yourself into the firing line? Bought a small Tupperware box of specialised food due to the allergies and am told (even though) we purchased 3 meals todays silly behaviour when I have spent over 45 here today! Also most recent change is now the weekday visit doesnt include a meal with the entry price? When a soft play within 10 minute drive does (play pals), now adults have to pay to enter too: so 17.50 for 2 kids and an adult with no meals. Probably worth going down to play pals as this isnt now worth visiting after school. Wouldnt mind being told to put food away if it was a situation where I did not purchase anything, but spent lots on food here today. Maybe management needs to have a look at their menu and allergies adaptions before refusing anyone bringing any food on site. Unfortunately wont be visiting again, this was after a birthday party a few months back which apart from some silly rules was good.

Brilliant play area. My boy and my friends girl loves it here. I think there should be a ball pit here. And for the kitchen and dressing up areas to return. It's just a wasted space atm.

Great location for a soft play. 13 pounds for an unlimited time and lunch thrown in for free. No charge for adults as well. Wished we had something like this our way. You couldn't hide from the wide slide.

We booked this place for our 3 year old birthday. Really good price for what you get. Abbey was our party host and done an amazing job. Food was great and the venue was very clean. Definitely a five star rating
