        Im updating a previous review that wasnt positive because I had problems contacting them about an order that was missing. Eventually they reached back to me and they were very polite and couldnt apologise enough about what happened. My order was shipped right away with extra items as an additional apology. I received the order and the products are great.

        5 star products, the fret stop is lovely thing to use and the fretboard conditioner and restorative dont contain any petroleum distillates like many competitors. The fret rubbers are a game changer. My frets are now shinier than Bens head. 3 star delivery as they took three weeks to arrive.
