Very poor customer service really lets this company down. We experienced long delays with the construction of a hut (finally took delivery four months after we originally were led to believe it would be ready) and after the initial sales and design stage communication completely broke down. I had to chase them repeatedly to get a straight answer and then got unsatisfactory and patronising responses from Richard who runs the business. I suspect I'd have been treated differently if I'd been a man. The final product will always be marred by the stress of dealing with them. For such an expensive hut, I expected far better. I wish we'd purchased our hut elsewhere.

After extensive research, Plankbridge were our only choice for our shepherdshut ~ personal service, attention to detail & a warm fuzzy feeling buying direct from quality craftsmen. We have been up & running as a b&b at Thehuteyam for 10 years now & couldnt be happier with our little green hut. (In our opinion) no other huts compare.

The best things in life are worth waiting for. I have just taken delivery of two Plankbridge Shepherds Huts / Cabins and I am so pleased with them; they have more than exceeded my expectations. A traditional exterior reflects our architectural and agricultural heritage, whilst inside is a thoughtfully designed and quite charming living space with all creature comforts catered for. The whole having been executed to the highest standards using quality materials and fittings. I have found all members of the Plankbridge team, from design to delivery, to be unerringly polite and helpful. Product support has been excellent, and when a small problem developed, it was rectified on site, by a Plankbridge engineer, within a couple of days. Its called walking the talk. To my mind, Plankbridge are the Rolls Royce of shepherd hut manufacturers accept no imitations.

Without doubt the best. I looked at several other companies before choosing Plankbridge but I'm so pleased I did. The workmanship is impeccable, the finish is superb and the materials of the highest quality. The staff are extremely accommodating and patiently accepted our revisions and adaptations along the way. The Shepherds Hut is giving us more pleasure than we could have imagined and will continue to so. Can't recommend highly enough.
