I absolutely love working with Susie & her team, they have helped us with nearly every room in our home, most recently our living room. The whole process is always a great experience & the end results speak for themselves..this room really has the wow factor. Lesley helped me to source artworks, furniture & so many beautiful fabrics! The bespoke upholstered sofa is a show stopper. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the Pfeiffer team.

Having absolutely zero experience of Interior Design I went for the full concept - full design and execution. And I am very pleased I did - a relatively therapeutic experience as Christina guided me through the process and the final scheme is fabulous. We came to Pfeiffer after buying a house with plenty of space but no feeling of home. We had no idea what we wanted, but with a few opinions of what we didn't want. Lesley and Susie were able to work with our unhelpful information to come up with something we love. Trying to select goods during a pandemic, with stores closed, was proving overwhelming, Pfeiffer Design took the stress of this away and saved me so many hours of going down rabbit holes on the internet. Also having someone to chat options through was invaluable. They helped us be brave and make choices we'd not even have thought of on our own, whilst being patient with us whilst we came to those decisions. We were so pleased, we are now working on phase 2 of our house with them and can't wait to see what's planned!

Susie and team were fantastic, supporting us through the major refurbishment and extension project on our home - in everything from room layout to finishing touches. They really understood what we wanted and came up with many designs wed never have thought of on our own, but now absolutely love. The teams contacts in fitted furniture, soft furnishings, lighting design, smart home systems, and more all proved invaluable. Highly recommended.

Lesley is lovely, Amanda is lovely, and so to is Henny. Susie has her moments too. They are also very professional, knowledgeable, creative, caring and enthusiastic .... they all talk to each other! I was in business thirty years, and a managing director for fifteen of these. I could have counted the companies I felt gave exceptionally service during that time on one hand. I genuinely feel Pfeiffer would have topped this list, they are so really hard to fault. Before finding Pfeiffer I visited two well known stores and their design consultants and came away thinking their designs would be a quickly assembled selection of furniture available in their stores. Pfeiffer on the other hand, managed everything, arranging the repainting of the entire apartment (it was originally a ghastly white), the re-carpeting of two rooms, the selection and procurement of beautiful curtains, rugs, furniture and lighting, they even suggested items to accessorise and convinced me of the need for a few scatter cushions and candles. It all works perfectly together. If you want a proper job done speak to them, they have a pond with ducks and everything. Mike
