Not very professional, some staff are very rude, they lack respect for your privacy, shouting about your medical condition and your prescribed medication is extremely bad.

When asking an assistant if she could recommend something for a gastric problem, she referred me to the pharmacist . Not only was he helpful, but he went the extra mile in explaining the problem and gave helpful advice and recommendations. It makes a change to have someone give you their time so willingly.

Very rude counter staff. I went in for a support bandage and unfortunately picked a large size. I have very small wrists. I returned within one minute and explained what I'd done, the lady on the counter dismissed me and said once it's left the shop that's it, no exchange. She had a very bad manner and was cold. As a customer you'd think they'd have a bit of empathy and decent manners.....very unpleasant, avoid and take your hard earned cash elsewhere!
