        What a beautiful place, my wife and I called in this morning for the first time but it won't be the last, the friendliness was as great as the food. Speciality soup today was sausage and vegetable with local 'proper' butcher's sausage and fresh local vegetables, not your imitation stuff! We followed that up with their homemade scones. Everything fresh homemade local produce. Make sure you've got an empty stomach before you go. Fantastic job ladies well done and thank you.

        We attended a 'pudding club' event. All the puddings were delicious but my favourite was the lemon surprise. . The tea room was pretty and traditional with matching old-fashioned china tea cups, silver cutlery that brought back memories of my gran and nice tablecloths. A pleasant, relaxed atmosphere for the diners. The staff were attentive and friendly and worked hard.
