        Difficulty starting charge. Had to speak to helpline to get us going. Lost about half an hour before we could start the charge.

        The BP Pulse public EV charger is in the left hand corner of the Black Swan car park accessed from the A170. The car park barrier opens automatically and the exit code is on the charge machine. Easy to use including contactless payment.
