17 Burgate House

We stayed earlier this week for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The b&b is immaculate and extremely comfortable with great attention to detail in all aspects of the property. The breakfast was perfectly cooked by Allan and set us up for the day exploring the North Yorkshire moors. Allan and Ashley are a lovely couple who went above and beyond to ensure we had a special short break. We are already planning when we can return. All in all - perfect!!

Thank you, Alan and Ashley for your hospitality during our recent visit to 17 Burgate from start to finish everything was tip top and we couldnt have asked for more, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From all of the accommodation available in Pickering we both agree we made the right choice in choosing 17 Burgate, which we Highly recommend.

Ashley and Allan are fantastic hosts, friendly and very approachable. Their knowledge of the surrounding area is great and they are happy to chat and advise if required. The hotel is beautifully decorated and appointed and spotlessly clean with excellent private parking.Breakfast is fantastic cooked by Allan and served by Ashley with a big smile. If youre planning a trip to Pickering treat yourself and stay at 17 Burgate. Nearby activities: Pickering NYMR station is a five minute walk from the front door.

Rooms: Lovely decor, very clean and inviting. Nice view, little bottle of Sherry. Range of teabags coffee biscuits, shampoo, bodywash and handwash, towels, dressing gowns supplied Nearby activities: Lots of pubs cafes shops to browse, very friendly place to visit Safety: Very safe and secure Walkability: Near to the local town couple of minutes walk Food & drinks: Cooked breakfast is a 10/10 Noteworthy details: If you want a friendly B&B who actually really care about their guests close to the town and safe and secure then this is the one to choose.

Rooms: The room was light and airy and had recently been redecorated with care and skill. It was tastefully furnished and was extremely comfortable Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast always prepared to to order and served with care.
