        Difficult to book appointment, but the procedure took place on time. Asheigh was friendly, reassuring and gave a thorough explanation. It isn't a comfortable experience, but over quickly and there is a great improvement so far.

        My wife went to the surgery at Pickering for her wax removal. She was very impressed by the procedure which only took 15 mins in all. Her hearing had been affected for 3 weeks and the relief to get her hearing back was great. She would recommend the procedure without hesitation.
