Extortionate prices for poor quality products. Very poor after sales customer service.

Transformation with quality products, i have used Evergreen a couple of times and have yet to be disappointed. The quality of the product was above anything I have seen in retail shops. I was told the product would be straightforward to install and this is very true, it took time but very much worth it. The product was packaged superbly and no damage at all

Absolutely highly recommend Evergreen Direct. The artificial plants & pots etc they sell are of extremely high quality. Great customer service who cant do enough for you (Thank You). I will 100% be buying again.

Purchased some artifical greenwall tiles from Evergreen a while ago. They arrived quickly and the panels are thick with coverage which is good. Very easy to install. Not the cheapest but it is a quality item.

Looking through the reviews there seems to be a theme - great service, very friendly people when you initially order but when it all goes wrong after the guarantee has expired they really don't give a hoot - they just play lip service!! Bought 5 hedgeboxes - 4 years later the boxes are still okayish but the hedge pieces have all 'molted' and the connectors are all broken. Bought 6 planter boxes and 18 sets of fake grass in 2017 - 4 years later boxes and grass still okayish but the fix they used to hold the grass into the pots has deteriorated so all the grass is falling out so no longer fit for purpose. So to all you initially happy customers out there - its only a matter of time before you're back giving 1 score reviews when all their products prove to be the rubbish they are!!!
