Disappointing .I bought a bike from them rather than a private sale as i expected it to be road worthy and serviced. The first time i rode it the chain fell off. I took it back but the chain kept falling off and the guard for it broke. To be fair he did say he'd mend it if i brought it in but as we are in the middle of a pandemic,and i'm not local to the shop, i had it done in my town at my expense but asked if he would order the chain guard and post it to me. When it didn't arrive. i contacted him and he said he'd posted it. A month later,no chain, so i asked him to send me the name of his supplier , product code number etc and i'd do it myself... he's not bothered to get in touch...poor after sales service.

Highly recommend this Beacon Bike's there's a wide selection of bikes for all ages new and used very reasonable priced, Dave looked after us well and we are all pleased with our purchases. also there's a veg, butchers and a gift shop, great place to visit with the little ones if you want to see some farm animals
