Fantastic selection of fruit and veg, John the butcher is lovely, informative, very friendly staff all round....including Hunter the cat!. Prices are hit and miss if comparing to supermarket prices but...... The meat is reared on the farm, and you can see by looking just how fresh it is, same for fruit and veg. I'm one of those people who has chosen to support our farming industry (Thanks to Jeremy Clarkson), spending 50 on my weekly fruit, veg and meat for a family of 6 at Beacon means I'm not lining the pockets of the rich and greedy but instead helping to keep our farmers going, who sadly are becoming collateral damage in the supermarket price war.

First time to Beacon farm. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of vegetables and fruit. The butcher has a good selection of meats too and at a reasonable price. I will be going back.
