Annas small group sessions are very well supported, informative and supervised. Anna gives a lot of thought to each session and the exercises being taught. You are constantly being challenged to improve but in monitored way. The other group members are very friendly and supportive too. Anna also supports the exercise classes with dietary advice and monitoring. I would highly recommend her services

Can't recommend Anna highly enough. I'm was over 60yrs and very rusty when I joined her great little team. I honestly enjoy every session and feel so much better. She is very knowledgeable and professional and always has time and patience.

I joined Anna as a 1:1 to lose weight and get fit. She taught me all about how weight training is the way forward and my strength and fitness improved immeasurably. Anna also overhauled my eating habits, constantly monitoring what I was eating and tweaking my choices. Thanks to Anna I am the happiest I have been in many years with my figure, fitness and food choices. Anna really knows how to work with women of all ages and I cannot recommend her enough.

Been training with Anna for just over a year now and I cant rate her high enough! I love my PT classes and Anna has changed my body (and mind) for the best! She is personable, supportive and enthusiastic in all her ways and highly educated in her professional field. Any injuries she will change your plan to suit and improve any areas you want to target.
