I did not have a good experience with this roofer. He has no social skills and is a very rude man. He did lead flashing and rendered my chimney , it does not look like a very good job He left raised tiles, I had to keep asking for him to put this right but he just kept making excuses and was rude. Also I asked for guarentee to be sent, and had to keep asking for this . He eventually, sent it as I said I would go to trading standards if I didn't hear from him.. Then it was for only 5 years and he said it would be for 10. He has not fixed the raised tiles, snd has told me to stop bothering him. Found him totally unprofessional.

Carl put a roof on my house 9 years ago. Straight away trading standards had to get involved to try to correct his work. The roof leaked after 8 years. I called him and he said he went out of business. After only 9 years I have to replace the roof. He signed a 25 year guarantee that he will not honour. I should add that he actually blocked the neighbours drainage with the roofing which is why trading standards had to get involved. Service: Roof installation
