In response to the below reply, dated 24th November, no emails have been received since my original query, in junk mail or otherwise. The delivery time stated is incorrect and was nearer 1pm. If you check your emails, my original email was sent at 12:20pm which does not stack up with delivery times stated either. It may be unprecedented times but it is the principle, which would be less of an issue if a response was provided. I would also suggest querying with DPD to avoid future complaints. Original review: Used related rainbow envelopes website to order envelopes. Paid just under 9 for next day delivery by 12pm to meet a deadline. Despite raising concerns twice, once on the day and after receipt, was firstly laxly put down to possible traffic issues with the second email plainly ignored. Disappointing to say the least as a new customer. Be wary of premium delivery not delivering on promised times. Unheard of that a reputable company acts like this.

Poor service. I ordered blank greetings cards....They came without envelopes. This wasn't clear on the website. I phoned them several times to ask for the correct colour/size match for the cards, but no reply. Online chat gave no response after several attempts. Several days later I made contact successfully by chat line, but the company did not supply envelopes with a colour match for the blank cards. They did however supply a post-paid address form for the return.

Ordered some envelopes for our party, arrived very quickly and the colours were spot on, very pleased!

Easy to use website, clear pictures with measurements. Accurate colour and amazingly fast delivery. Would definitely use again.
