Booked for a valuation and measure. As my elderly mother lives with me and moving from a bungalow to a house I needed a stairlift installing asap. The man was on time and very pleasant, he was not pushy and happy with the sale of a refurbished stairlift and didnt push to buy a brand new one. He arranged for someone to come and fit the stairlift the same day fantastic service, highly recommend. The installation was quick and no mess left, he gave demonstrations and talked through how to operate once finished installing, very friendly.

With Parkinsons getting worse I decided to get a stairlift now rather than wait until the last minute. The engineer doing the measuring, Colin, put no pressure on me unlike a national firm that phoned 3 times after brochure was sent. Tim who fitted the stairlift was very polite, efficient, gave good using instructions and left no mess Strongly recommend this company

Prestige stairlifts was amazing from start to finish, with no pressure sale from the engineer who came out to talk to my nana about having one fitted, we went ahead and had the stairlift fitted which the team was very efficient with, very tidy and a pleasure to have around. Highly recommended

I am absolutely delighted with Prestige Stair lifts. I contacted them after reading the customer reviews which made me feel confident of a great service and product with no hard sell. I phoned them and later that afternoon the engineer visited my home. He was lovely and not pushy at all and was absolutely fine about my request for a reconditioned stair lift. The price was great and it was fitted three days later. It has revolutionised my life! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.
