Savills have been amazing, from the start when they brought over all their agents to view the house before showing potential buyers around to keeping in constant contact throughout the process, always on hand if we had questions. Hi there. I am thrilled and delighted to praise and recommend Savills Petworth for their hard work and dilligencence in selling my house recently. I was advised by other agents to wait until the market improved but instead, proceeded regardless with Savills to market this house during the 'unfashionable' months. Within 3 to 4 weeks I had over 22 viewings, 3 firm offers close to, at or above asking, and finally closed at a sale price way over asking to a quality applicant. James and his team including Daniel and Alex conducted the process skillfully, and were thoroughly professional throughout. I would usually be erm, a little sceptical perhaps, but not a bit if it in this case. Given how tough a market I was bracing myself for, I am and remain truly impressed with what this team achieved against the predicted tide, and cannot genuinely praise them enough.
