        Stay clear of this company. I had a conversation with Eric (owner) was very nice when he came to quote for the job of fitting new pump and filter for my koi pond. since he is local, I accepted the quote and he confirmed he can do the work on a particular day. But since then, he has ignored all my message enquiring about the schedule and stopped responding, claiming he is busy with other work. While I was waiting for him to come around couple of my fishes died. I told him that I didnt invite anyone since he promised to come around. Again no reply. Finally I decided to not work with this unprofessional who has no regard for his word or commitment. He not only wasted my time but I am sure his work would have been a reflections of his service. When he is so busy with million dollar job's why bother coming to quote for mine and then ignore the commitment and letting the customer down. I am sure he has done it for many people and its only matter of time before some one who is reading this message would be the other victim.

        lovely guy, turned up early, cracked straight on, now have a lovely clean pond, tidied up the overgrown plants and made it all look lovely. thrilled to bits. thankyou
