        Such a great team of personable, pleasant, professionals. Couldn't have had better help in copying old, various sized photos for a Memory Album for my sister with Alzheimer's. What a great experience - thanks so much.

        The staff at this photo/imaging shop are amazing. They are beyond helpful and so friendly. One of the gentlemen took my sons passport photos recently, and was so good with him. I came here as there is now no specialist photo shop in Orpington. They are also helping me restore a digital camera that's been unused for a long time. They are fantastic. I will continue to give them custom.

        20 seems a lot for digital passport photos which took about 20 seconds from start to finish but what really surprised me is they don't show you the photo. The guy just said "yes it's fine" and submitted it before I could react. For that price I expected to be able to approve it. Surely that's the main reason you go to a photographer - especially when I was the only one in the shop so it wasn't like there was a queue waiting. Not sure that really counts as customer service
