        Bootcamp with Paul is brilliant. He gets you to work hard but its so much fun too. Very friendly, helpful and motivating. Lots of variety of exercises so you dont get bored and you get to work every muscle too!

        Paul turned up in my Google searches One year ago when I looking for group exercise classes nearby. I went for a trial class and since then I am a regular with Paul. I was pleasantly surprised by the different equipments and weights options available in every class. The format and exercise routine changes every week, which shows how much thought he gives for every class to be engaging and fun. I have also taken PT sessions separately and I have managed to start loving weight training, something which I was scared of before. I have been with Paul for quite sometime, either through classes or PT sessions. In my fitness journey, I have always been supported and listened to by Paul, he is an excellent trainer. I would definitely recommend him and his classes to my friends and family.
