        I went In to ask for some advice about an elderly lady who was experiencing discomfort and blurred vision after water Unfortunately got In to her eyes. I was very taken back and shocked at how rude and condescending the receptionist was to me after explaining the situation. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but never the less the lack of empathy and compassion shown was disturbing, Clearly hasnt got any people skills. I wouldnt suggest a visit here if your issue is out of the ordinary, or need any help or advice with something, I work and live locally to petts- wood and Ofter recommend local businesses but I will definitely NOT be recommending this business.

        Very disappointed to have been wrongly advised regarding NHS eyecare voucher - Had to pay despite being advised they accept! Eye test experience itself very good, informative and reassuringa - would recommend
