    My name is Katrina and I recently took part in the 6 week "Project Me" programme and I highly recommend taking part if like me, you struggle to stay motivated throughout an exercise programme. I've always been active and enjoy the feeling after exercise, but I took part in the programme because yes I wanted to lose weight and tone up, but I mainly wanted to change my mentality as I find it hard to motivate myself if I'm having a bad day or had a long day at work. There was a very supportive group with all the other members so when you're having a bad day or feeling unwell, everyone was there to cheer you on and encourage you to keep going, it's understanding that life gets in the way, but tomorrow is a new day. Jack put us through our paces by putting together some challenging but fun workouts as well as getting weekly advice from Jenny and Micha for Nutrition and Mindset to help you make healthier habits which I have taken forward with me. The 6 weeks flew by and it's only kick started me into a better, more positive mindset and to not beat myself up if I miss a workout.

    I have a prolapsed disc and scoliosis. I started working with Jack to gain back strength and core strength. After the first session I could feel a huge difference with my back and legs. Each session with Jack was excellent, I looked forward to each new session. I learnt many new techniques that I can use either at the gym or at home. I would definitely recommend Jack for personal training. Great service and all around nice guy.

    Started training with both Jacks at the start of Jan 2021 through their live online training classes and this is the best I've looked and felt in a long time! These classes are super motivating and what better way to start your day before work, especially working from home during these crazy times. Each exercise is demonstrated thoroughly, also explaining what 'not' to do which has helped me massively. I like that each day is different, focusing on strength, core, cardio etc. It's nice to also have the option on a Saturday to get up and do a live class in the morning with the team rather than it being just Mon - Friday. All around top Trainers and great guys (10/10). 100% recommend you get involved no matter what level, you will see positive results!

    BodyForte, Jack n Jack are totally awesome! I have been training with them as part of a hub training group since March 2020, all my sessions have all been live but if you miss a live as part of their hub group they are recorded and you can do them any point during your day. These guys are the absolute best of their profession and words alone can not can not express how highly I recommend them!!! If you are not training, if you are looking for a group or a 1-2-1 then you really have to get in contact with BodyForte. For me they have become apart of my everyday life and I enjoy every session with them. They bring me happiness, pleasure and pain (a really good pain) which is perfect for my mind body and soul! A happy life is a balanced healthy life and BodyForte helps me achieve this balance in my life!

    The Body Forte classes have had a great impact on my life, giving my week routine and helping me feel energised with a more positive mindset, especially during lockdowns. The sessions are varied, with an aim of building an all round functional body, and include strength, HIIT, endurance and mobility. Monthly changes to the exercise routines also keeps things interesting and challenging. The Jacks are dedicated to getting the best out of everyone, demonstrating alternate progressions for more difficult movements and focusing strongly on technique. Despite being a virtual class, the Jacks are very interactive by assisting with your form and encouraging members to reach out with any questions, during or after class.
