        Edmund were brilliant to deal with on the purchase of our property. We had some delays in the sale of our own property but they always maintained a high level of professionalism and perseverance throughout to get everything over the line. Nick was fantastic - he was always quick to reply and provided clear updates on a regular basis. We did not use Edmund for the sale of our own property but I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

        Really unprofessional. We were interested in renting their property. Agent took our documents and literally ghosted us for another 4 days even though we were trying to call. Every time he was out of office and was supposed to call us back. Never did. After 4 days we noticed that property was let and we werent even informed they were different applicants! Complete lack of professionalism and respect. I would highly advise those agents to realise this is a living situation of people not only business and money. DO NOT LET WITH THEM!
