I dont know if its all the staff there who just have a very bad attitude but when you apply with them, the person on the phone who is supposed to help you has no manners and is just very rude

This company fired its staff during lockdown instead of furloughing them. That is all you need to know. Avoid these cowboys.

This " employer", showed no respect, no care nor consideration during the covid19 pandemic, they shut office abruptly and issued p45s whilst refusing to furlough their agency staff, pushing many in dire situations both financially and emotionally. The worst part of it was they provided no regard nor guidance apart from telling everyone to ' Sign on with Universal Credit' with their p45.They showed absolutely no interest in keeping a courteous relationship going, ie checking in on loyal staff many whom have been working with them for years. I and many other people I know have have had emails ignored, phone calls not returned and been quite frankly ignored. Having never been contacted to rejoin by this shambles of an " employer" after expressing my concerns on their treatment, I can thankfully say it was the best decision ever, I would NEVER return and feel sorry for those who have no choice to carry on with them or are not aware of the disgusting treatment from this employer. I will never EVER forget the way this company behaved, more importantly the way they have made me feel. It has taken me months to finally feel ready to post a review about my terrible experience of this company. I would provide no stars if I could and I hope this stands as a warning to others before joining.
