Over Charging if you are buying over the counter any medicine, Ill recommend just google the medicine price online if youre dealing with them also there is no return policy although they over charge.

Level of customer service is variable. There is one member of staff who is particularly unfriendly, and will practically roll her eyes should you ask her for some help, it all seems to be a bit too much trouble for her. This is reflected in the rather haphazard appearance of the shop, you're not entirely convinced their hearts are in it. And you'd be forgiven for thinking that this is 2022 and not 1975, but they do close between 1 and 2 pm on week days. Which could be acceptable if you're retired or off sick, but should you be fortunate enough to be working a full time job with an hour for lunch, there's a good chance you'll be out of luck here. If you're reading this and are able, I would recommend going to Boots in Collier Row and give them your business instead.
