I started training with Katie in January 2016 where I intended to have 6 sessions to motivate me. Well over a year later Im still training with her and Ive learnt so much. Shes so motivating and pushes me far harder than I would have pushed myself. I leave every session with a smile on my face and motivated to push myself for the week ahead. Before I started training with Katie, I was a total cardio queen and wouldnt even have looked at a weight let alone lift one! Ive learnt new ways of exercising that mean I dont have to do the same thing every time I go to the gym. Thank you! x

I have been working out with Katie since January, within this time I have lost a stone and a half and never been so confident with myself and having confidence to work out in the gym using her programmes. Couldn't recommend anyone higher!

Katie inspired and educated me to create a healthy lifestyle. She praised the small victories which encouraged and motivated me when I felt out of place in the gym. In a short period of time she taught me so much and thanks to her I am much happier and more confident. I feel good and love the gym for that alone. I would recommend her to everyone. She changed my life for the better.
