Accord managed my sale and purchase incredibly professionally. Acting as agent for both purchase and sale, there were a few times where they were placed in a tricky position, but every time they acted transparently and fairly. Everybody at the Romford branch was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make the process as smooth as it possibly could be. Thanks to all the team.

My experience of Accord, as agents selling my Mum's house, was excellent. As a smaller company, they seem to appreciate the value of their good reputation locally, and they were always responsive and accountable. They received a good number of offers for the property and used their experience to help me select a reliable buyer. They kept on top of the conveyancing which reduced the stress for me. A really good job.
