Johny's team did an great job renovating our two bedroom flat. The project included removal of wallpaper, floors, kitchen, bathroom, as well as the existing heating system and electrics. Johny's team then install flooring, the kitchen and bathroom, plastered and installed door frames and doors. The plumbing and electrical work was especially high quality. Every member of Johny's team were fantastic to work with, taking the time to explain decisions to me as a first time renovator. The project took eight weeks start to finish and Johny was always available if I needed. In our case, I supplied most of the materials and I was often on site first thing to direct where needed. While I did most of the planning, Johny's team helped answer a number of questions before we started, and along the way. We didn't work with Johny for decoration (apart from tiling), but I would strongly recommend his team for the work they did. Johny made helpful recommendations to help us keep the budget down and invoicing and payments were very straightforward. As a woman running her first renovation project, I really enjoyed working with Johny and his team.

The JB team did such a great job on our new bathroom. They came to quote straight away, and started work within two weeks. The whole project was done within three weeks, and they immediately returned to site to fix two very minor bits of snagging. This wasn't a straightforward project -- exposed brickwork, and using lots of reclaimed materials -- but they did everything with no complaints, no unexplained cost uplifts and plenty of helpful suggestions. Hands down -- these are the best contractors I've ever worked with. I just wish I had more work for them to do!

This is the second time we have used Johny The Builder, and we couldn't be happier. Professional, organised, communicative and skilled. The team have transformed our house in a timely fashion and on budget. We are so pleased we found this company!

Johny and his team did an amazing job for me last summer (2020). They removed chimney breasts from the kitchen and the room above it, made it safe in the loft redecorated the upstairs room and resited the kitchen units. They went above and beyond what was expected including moving about 1,000 books for me and arranging a deep clean at the end - its a messy job. Johny gave a very competitive quote promptly and the job started and ended exactly as promised. There were a few bits of snagging to be done and they returned swiftly to deal with these. I went away while it was being done and they were completely trustworthy with keys. Johny project managed his team and kept in touch regularly with WhatsApp photos and video calls. I would not hesitate to use this business again.
