        Nice staff, one problem, they let dogs stand up on the counter where drinks and food are served, 5 staff said nothing. Not a clean branch.

        Rude staff, tried to overcharge me and didn't apologise when it was pointed out, nearly 4 slice of cake ordered and staff went to put a piece with most of icing missing into paper bag, asked for a box, told 'we don't have any' again no apology. Don't charge so much and then expect to get away woth poor service!
