I bought a groupon voucher for this salon because my sister recommended it to me. She went there 2 days ago and she really liked her haircut and blow dry. I had my appointment today and I saw Oksana she cut my hair and just dried my hair roughly and my hair is curly so it looks like an explosion. I was told this is it so I showed her the voucher as it included blowdry and Oksana said we never did that it's not even included so I showed her my sisters picture who came just 2 days ago and Oksana said she will charge extra money and I said I've already paid so it shouldn't be extra and as she knew I wont pay extra she only curled the front that i could see not the back even the front she only did the ends and still wanted me to pay extra. I really hope I can attach pictures with this review so you can see it for yourself how wrong it is to get someone to pay twice for the same service haircut was good but the whole experience was terrible. Edit: ok I think on google maps you can see review with the picture. The very last one with me on the chair is what she called a blow dry the rest of the pictures were after she actually "styled" that was curling with the iron and you can see my hair has kinks all over. It's so sad it could have been a 5 star service if she didn't ruin my experience. Oksana kept saying "no way you sisters hair was styled (curly or straight blow dry) with the price she is my sister I know when she walked in the house. I will attach her picture who was seen by another stylist and not her so you see my frustration and disappointment
