I was new to any kind of skin treatment and was bowled over by JK Skin's professionalism and attention to detail. I cannot recommend this small practice too highly - two skin treatments for sun damage and skin tags were beautifully carried out and very successful. Thrilled - I'll be back!

Anna is a Nutrionist Consultant at JK Skin Aesthetics and I signed up to the 8 week course to lose my 2020 lockdown weight. I am very proud and delighted to have lost over a stone in that time! I have to admit I was nervous about calorie counting, but Anna helped me every week to find my rhythm. It was not just about losing weight, this course helped me to understand my behaviour and how I was repairing my body with good healthy eating. I had reached at point at the end of 2020 where I was feeling really "rough" and it wasn't until I started this course that slowly I felt better. I am now at a weight I haven't seen in years and my relationship with food has totally changed. Mental health and weight loss is symbiotic and with Anna's guidance I was able to stay in control. After losing this weight, without much exercise (2 kids, home learning, lockdown), I am now walking the kids to school and I can feel the difference. I'm lighter, getting fitter and I'm mentally feeling really good about myself. Thank you to Anna, I would totally recommend this course at JK Skin Aesthetics.
